ORDER AND RECEPTION
For an EU standard transfer you require the IBAN and the BIC of the recipient. These are normally indicated on invoices or in the business conditions. If you do not find this data there, please ask your business partner. In no case try to calculate an IBAN yourself, since the danger of producing an incorrect number is very high! Transfers with the wrong IBAN must be handled manually for which the banks will charge you accordingly. Please use for the EU standard transfer only the documentation or the form in online banking. These include boxes for indicating BIC and IBAN which are absolutely necessary for an EU standard transfer. The correct and full indication of these two numbers / codes is sufficient for carrying out the transfer; the account number of the recipient and the routing code of the recipient bank need not be given. Indication of the purpose: Please limit the indication of the purpose if possible to 35 display characters, since a complete transfer of the data cannot be guaranteed due to the different payment transfer systems in the EU countries Fees in respect of EU standard transfers are divided between sender and recipient, i.e. each pays for the transaction fees incurred in his or her respective country Please include your IBAN and BIC in addition to your bank account number and bank code in your invoices and your business conditions. Thereby you simplify and accelerate payments which are made from the EU to you. Your bank will inform you of your personal BIC and IBAN. You can also find this data on your bank statements. |
